What they need is the right platform, structured training, professional guidance, and access to job opportunities.
With the support of the Government of Balochistan, this initiative creates a strong pathway for youth development by offering free training, mentorship, accommodation, transport support, and job placement assistance in Karachi. The program focuses on preparing students for today’s competitive job market through practical, market-relevant courses such as Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, Graphic Design, SAP, and Sales & Marketing.
B-TEVTA, as the official government technical and vocational training body, plays a key role in supporting the structure, credibility, and implementation of this program. Its involvement ensures that the initiative is aligned with skill development standards and the broader vision of technical education and employment growth in Balochistan.
Q Technologies supports the program by providing technology-driven training, professional learning systems, mentorship, and employment-focused development.
